W. Michael (Mike) Wayman
W. Michael Wayman is the founder and president of the National Real Estate Standards
Corporation (NRESC). For the past 30 years, NRESC has provided real estate management
consulting and training services to nationally recognized real estate owners and managers.
Mr. Wayman has personally conducted property over 750 on-site Quality Management
Assessments (QMA) totaling over 500 million square feet in various real estate asset types on
behalf of nationally recognized and institutional real estate owners of Class A properties and
management firms. These reviews have been conducted in 25 US major cities and 4 countries.

Cindy Boyea, CPM, RPA
Cindy has over 30 years of experience in property and facility management, including managing
the Prudential data center and campus in Roseland, NJ, and 18 years in New York City managing
multiple Class A trophy office towers for Paramount Group (4.3 million SF total at five different
properties in NYC). She also served as Senior General Manager for JLL on the MIT Investment
Management Company account in Cambridge, Massachusetts (two new construction to startup, office/lab buildings, and open green space, a total of 769,000 SF).
Cindy joined National Real Estate Standards in 2022 and currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida.

Treasurer.
• Past member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM), and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW).
