Actionable Solutions
Reports
Quality Management Assessment (QMA) Reports provide an achievement level rating for property management functions, the number and type of significant suggested practices identified by function, and the potential financial impact.
The report also includes a narrative listing commendable and suggested improvement practices in the activities evaluated, a property inspection with photographs, a Tenant Survey analysis (includes interviewed tenants’ comments), and exhibits referenced in the report.
Action Plans
Action plans are provided to the client for use with the property management team. This can be used as a tool to develop action steps to address any suggested improvement practices noted in the QMA. These action plans can be modified by the client and monitored on a defined frequency.
Case Studies
Leveraging the QMA results, NRES can work with the client and property management team to develop and implement a process improvement case study. The case study will document the current situation, problem analysis, action steps, and financial or operational results.
